Local brand Bubble Waffle Cafe has opened in a pre-security space at Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
The British Columbia-based quick-serve restaurant offers a variety of Hong Kong-inspired fare, including soup noodles, Hainanese Chicken on Rice, Dry Noodle Combos, bubble waffles and Hong Kong-style drinks. Originally opened in 2012 at Richmond’s Aberdeen Centre, Bubble Waffle Café quickly gained popularity and expanded to locations in the Lower Mainland, Kelowna and Calgary.
