REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
FOOD & BEVERAGE CONCESSIONS (#23-80RFQ)
The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) will receive proposals for Food & Beverage Concessions at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Int’l Airport (“CVG”). Proposals must be received by October 19, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. ET. No proposals will be accepted after that time unless such date or time is extended pursuant to an addendum issued by KCAB.
A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 29, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. ET via Microsoft Teams. The procurement process and the RFQ will be discussed during this meeting. RSVP is not required for this virtual meeting. The meeting connection information is:

A pre-proposal site visit will be held on September 7, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. ET at the Main Ticketing Level of CVG. Please RSVP by Wednesday, September 6, 2023 through KCAB’s online bidding system which can be accessed at http://www.cvgairport.com/bids under “PlanetBids & New Vendor Registration”. Select Invitation #23-80RFQ and provide the name of the person(s) attending. NOTE: Attendance at the pre-proposal sit visit is limited to a maximum of two (2) persons per company
KCAB reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal or bid guaranty, to reject any or all proposals, to award or refrain from awarding a contract for the work, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified responsible proposer to such extent as may be beneficial to KCAB.
KCAB in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
