BAA lands Todd English at Boston Logan, Silver Diner in Baltimore

BAA Boston has announced that Todd English’s Bonfire restaurant has opened at Boston Logan International (BOS) in the Terminal B Food Court. The restaurant will serve Latin and European fare along with traditional steakhouse favorites. It’ll be open seven days a week with menu items ranging from $8 to $38.

At Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall International (BWI), BAA Maryland has introduced Silver Diner, a 6,000 square foot restaurant that company officials say is one of the largest at an airport in the US.

This is a prototype store for Silver Diner, which has 15 locations in Maryland, Virginia and New Jersey. It will officially open at BWI on November 16. Silver Diner locations at Pittsburgh International (PIT) and Philadelphia International (PHL) are set to open in 2008 and will be operated by Creative Host Services.
