Calgary International (YYC) will give its concourses and gates different names and numbers on September 18.
The renumbering project involves changing more than 800 signs around and inside the airport’s facilities. It’s part of the expansion of YYC, which adds two concourses.
The changes do not affect airlines and concessions – both will continue operating in the same locations where they have been for years. The Calgary Airport Authority, a non-profit organization that manages YYC, will have volunteers and staff on hand to help answer questions and direct passengers.
