Airport Lounge Development Unveils Club LAS at McCarran International

Airport Lounge Development (ALD) unveiled a new 149-seat replacement lounge in Terminal 1 at Las Vegas’ McCarran International (LAS), aimed at travelers looking for a premium spot to work or relax at the airport.

Plano, TX-based ALD built the new Club LAS to replace a smaller lounge previously located in Terminal 1. ALD operates a second lounge in Terminal 3 across from gate E2 and together the two lounges offer seating for 315 guests.

The new 7,000-square-foot Club LAS is divided into five distinct zones: a productivity zone features work desks, computer and printer, and privacy chairs for phone calls, the relax zone features comfortable seating and electrical outlets, the resting zone feature recliners and ottomans, the replenish zone includes a hot & cold buffet, bar and a drinks and snacks menu, and the refresh zone features shower suites and private restrooms.

“Providing a world-class customer experience is essential to our mission at McCarran, and the addition of this club greatly enhances the level of services and amenities we’re able to offer to customers of several of our largest airlines, as well as key international air carrier partners,” says Clark County Director of Aviation Rosemary Vassiliadis. “With this increased space, more airport visitors will be able to use this dedicated lounge to relax, grab a bite to eat, freshen up or connect before their next journey.”

The Club LAS is available to Priority Pass’ broad membership – including Lounge Pass and Lounge Key – which represents a number of different credit cards, banks and other financial institutions–or with day passes that begin at $40.
