Areas USA will bring nationally and locally recognized brands to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL) as part of a concession package for 30 retail establishments.
Blackberry, Calvin Klein, Reebok and Rosetta Stone will be among the big names landing at the airport; local brands include Mori Luggage and Gifts, Café© Intermezzo and Atlanta Daily World.
“We are very excited to have retail operations in the Atlanta Airport,” said Xavier Rabell, chief executive officer of Areas USA. “It is one of Areas’ most important contracts to date. Areas USA is a perfect fit for Atlanta because of our familiarity in dealing with a wide array of customers from around the world and is well suited to serve the increasing number of domestic and international passengers the airport welcomes on a daily basis.”
The new concessions will be in Concourses B, C and D, and are expected to generate accumulated sales of $550M over the 10-year contract period.
