Bambuza Hospitality Group has opened its bespoke restaurant concept Ninth & Pike Artisan Kitchen at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Located in the SEA’s Concourse C, Ninth & Pike features locally sourced, comfort food as well as specialty cocktails. The restaurant design incorporates local end-cut logs and ample natural light to provide a Pacific Northwest ambience.
“The opening of Ninth & Pike Artisan Kitchen continues to add to the eclectic mix of Pacific Northwest inspired local concepts for travelers and we are excited to continue to work with Bambuza Hospitality Group and celebrate this opening at the start of Lunar New Year,” said Khalia Moore, airport dining and retail senior manager for SEA.
Portland, OR-based Bambuza Hospitality Group is an ACDBE-certified travel retail and restaurant specialist founded in 2003. Ninth & Pike is the first of five locations it plans to open this year, including the launch of the Embarque Whiskey Grill in the SEA North Satellite later in 2023.
“This opening wouldn’t have happened without the supp0ort of the Port of Seattle’s dynamic team,” said Katherine Lam, president & CEO of Bambuza Hospitality Group. “It’s a demonstration of the Port of Seattle’s commitment to creating opportunities for small, ACDBE businesses to engage and grow with the airport.”
