Bambuza Hospitality Group executives and airport leaders gathered this week to celebrate the opening of a new Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen and Bar at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). The eatery, located in SLC’s Concourse B adjacent to the airport’s newly opened central tunnel, features the brand’s signature freshly prepared Vietnamese fare, including banh mi sandwiches, pho, a wide variety of noodle and rice dishes, as well as craft cocktails, local beers and specialty beverages.
“We’re beyond excited to bring the unique flavors of Vietnam to Salt Lake City International Airport,” said Katherine Lam, CEO, president and co-founder of Bambuza Hospitality Group. “Our goal is to offer travelers an authentic Vietnamese dining experience that is both nourishing and flavorful. We believe our food, based on traditional family recipes, will provide a refreshing, healthy and delicious alternative to typical airport fare.”
“We are delighted to welcome Bambuza to SLC International Airport’s menu of palatable restaurant options,” added Salt Lake City Department of Airports executive director Bill Wyatt. “Their distinct cuisine and experience operating at airports will provide passengers with a savory experience when dining at SLC.”
