Portland-based Bambuza Hospitality Group has appointed Scott Birch as senior director of operations, responsible for overseeing all food service operations across BHG’s growing airport and street-side portfolio.
Birch, a certified sommelier, most recently served as regional manager of restaurant operations for Paradies Lagardère.
