Carrabba’s Serves Up Italian Fare At ATL

Travelers through Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL) can find Carrabba’s Italian Grill in the concessions lineup.

HMSHost Corp., in partnership with Bloomin’ Brands and joint-venture partners Chow Baby Ponce LLC, The Pecan Inc. and Master ConcessionAir-ATL LLC, operates the new location in Concourse C.

“We are very proud to be opening this beautiful restaurant with our Carrabba’s partners at Bloomin’ Brands and with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport,” says Kent Vanden Oever, vice president of business development for HMSHost. “Carrabba’s Italian Grill is known for its lively atmosphere and for creating an authentic Italian culinary experience with a focus on the simple idea that sharing food isn’t just about eating, that it is actually what connects us to each other. With genuine hospitality and quality ingredients, Carrabba’s and HMSHost now have the opportunity to foster these connections for travelers on the move.”

The location at ATL serves breakfast lunch and dinner, as well as a menu catered toward children. The breakfast menu features frittatas, omelets, fresh fruits, grilled ciabatta toast and paninis. House specialties include crispy calamari, chicken Marsala and handmade pizzas, and “Thrill of the Grill” entrees will also be offered, letting diners order fish, seafood or meats basted in seasonings to be grilled and served with a selection of sauces.

“We are very excited and inspired to have opened Carrabba’s Italian Grill in the center of Concourse C in Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport,” says Peter Amaro Jr., managing director and co-founder of Master ConcessionAir. “In addition to their signature dishes and sauces prepared from scratch, they travel the globe searching for the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. This location is also complemented with large windows facing the tarmac, warm wood finishes and an open kitchen, where there is always something on the stove. Truly a must-visit while at the airport.”
