The Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) has issued a request for proposals for qualified businesses to lease, finance, construct and operate a dual-purpose convenience and vending concession at the multimodal facility at O’Hare International Airport (ORD). The CDA is seeking 65 percent Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation in this single concession opportunity.
The facility is set to open this fall, while the concession is targeted for a late spring opening.
