Chef Opens Restaurant At Washington Dulles International

Concessions International has teamed with Washington, D.C. restaurant group Chef Geoff’s to open a Chef Geoff’s restaurant at Washington Dulles International (IAD).

The restaurant is located in Concourse C near gate C14. It’s being operated by a joint venture between Concessions International and Patricia Reilly Food Concepts Inc., a woman-owned Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise partner from Potomac, Md., with a history of operating in airports dating back to 1987.

It’s the first airport location for Chef Geoff’s, which was founded by Geoff Tracy. His concept has been in the Washington, D.C. region since opening in 2000.

“Chef Geoff’s offers great food, a great bar and a great atmosphere for airport travelers to enjoy while moving through Dulles Airport,” says Donata Russell Major, CEO of Concessions International. “We love the concept and think it’s a great addition to our Washington, D.C., airport portfolio, which we have recently expanded into this year.”

The restaurant is in the casual-dining category with a full bar and a selection of grab-and-go items. The menu includes dishes such as White Truffle Popcorn, Big Shrimp and Very Gouda Grits, Blackened Fish Tacos and the Chef Geoff Burger.
