CLE Gives Travelers A New Place To Pray, Meditate

A new Interfaith Center has opened at Cleveland-Hopkins International (CLE) near security checkpoint B inside the main terminal.

“We are pleased to host the grand opening of the airport’s new Interfaith Center,” says Airport Director Ricky Smith. “The name lends itself to the inclusiveness of all faiths to be able to pray or meditate in this space without singling out any one particular faith religion.”

Representatives from various Cleveland faith communities attended the opening of the center, which Smith says is modeled after other interfaith centers throughout the area and other international airports in the country.

The Interfaith Center is open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week.
