Delaware North Names New VP Of Operations

Jack Onyett has been promoted to vice president of operations at Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services.

In his new position, he will oversee the company’s food, beverage and retail operations at airports nationwide, as well as manage the company’s operating staff.

Previously, Onyett had been the regional vice president for Travel Hospitality Services, overseeing the operation and development of the company’s largest region, as well as the executive sponsor of the companywide management training and development programs and chairman of the Delaware North’s California Business Council, a cross-subsidiary working group. His experience in the hospitality and food service industries totals more than 35 years, including at Knots Berry Farm, Numero Uno Franchise Corp. and Walt Disney Productions.

“Jack has proven himself an excellent manager and I’m excited to have him transition into this new role,” says Matt King, president of Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services. “His long tenure with the company, paired with his experience in the industry, will enable him to strengthen our operations.”

Onyett earned his master’s degree of business administration from Pepperdine University and his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from California State University at Fullerton.
