Delaware North Opens Bonefish Grill at FLL

Delaware North has opened the casual-dining seafood restaurant Bonefish Grill at Broward County’s Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).

The 4,500 square-foot, 115-seat restaurant, located post-security in Terminal 3 along the connector walkway between Concourses E and F, is next door to The Market on Las Olas, which opened in August with Amazon’s checkout-free shopping platform.

“We have been eagerly awaiting the debut of Bonefish Grill at FLL as part of the final phase of new concessions to open in our multiyear Terminal 3 modernization program, and the wait was worth it,” said Mark Gale, FLL CEO and director of aviation “It simply looks great, and the restaurant’s attractive décor, stunning centerpiece bar, airfield views and seafood-themed menu are a welcomed addition to the airport’s offerings. Travelers are going to love it.”

The chef-inspired menu at Bonefish Grill includes options for children, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a full bar that features beer, wine and spirits.

“The debut of Bonefish Grill adds another excellent full-service dining option,” said Eric Haseman, director of operations for Delaware North Travel in Florida. “This is a momentous time for us, with the opening of three new outlets in recent months and more on the horizon.”

Delaware North is also preparing for the launch of a FLL Terminal 3 food court, featuring a blend of national and local fast-casual brands, in early 2024.
