Dine Boston Welcomes Newcomer In Visiting Chef Program

BAA Boston, developer and manager of the AIRMALL® at Boston Logan International (BOS), and Dine Boston will be welcoming Marisa Iocco, consulting executive chef of Spiga, this summer for the Visiting Chef Program.

Iocco’s cuisine, which will showcase Old World Italy, can be found pre-security in Terminal E. The Visiting Chef program highlights New England chefs’ specialties for three-month periods at the airport restaurant.

“Chef Marisa Iocco has redefined Italian cuisine in the Boston area with a long line of successful restaurants and national recognition for her culinary expertise,” says Mike Caro, vice president of development for BAA Boston. “BAA Boston and Dine Boston are pleased to introduce her creations to the traveling passengers through the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program.”

Iocco, an award-winning chef, will bring menu creations such as antipasti called All About Mozzarella, which includes panzanella salad, baby ripe tomatoes, basil, bread and olive oil; Seven Spices Chicken, roasted in a brick oven and served with smashed Yukon gold potatoes and Meyer lemon spicy ragu; and her own bread pudding, made from her personal recipe.
