Monica Lombrana has been named director of aviation for El Paso International (ELP), effective March 1.
“I am extremely honored and grateful to be selected as the next aviation director,” Lombrana says. “I look forward to continued partnerships with all of our tenants and concessionaires in providing the best possible air service to our passengers.”
Lombrana has been with the city of El Paso since 1994 and at the aviation department since 2002, when she was appointed airport operations manager. In 2005, she was named assistant director and became interim director in December when Pat Abeln retired.
She has a graduate degree in business administration from Webster University, and B.S. degree in management from Park University.
