First EA Sports Experience Store Opens In CLT

The first EA SPORTS Experience has opened at Charlotte-Douglas International (CLT).

Operated exclusively by The Paradies Shops, the EA SPORTS Experience offers travelers the opportunity to purchase gear featuring the local sports teams as well as video games and EA SPORTS-branded apparel.  Also in the EA SPORTS Experience are various amenities such as comfortable seating, electrical outlets to charge portable devices, and televisions to watch live sports programming.

“Paradies is proud to begin its exclusive partnership with EA SPORTS,” said Gregg Paradies, president and CEO.  “We look forward to expanding our relationship with this innovative brand to offer customers a true interactive experience, unlike any other found in airports today.”

The CLT store is the first of three airport venues that will open in the U.S. with Salt Lake City International (SLC) opening in October and Will Rogers World Airport (OKC) to follow in November.

EA SPORTS is a leading sports entertainment brand known for video games such as the Madden NFL franchise, FIFA Soccer, NCAA® Football, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR® golf and others.
