Halifax International Airport Authority has appointed Theresa Rath Spicer as director, public affairs, marketing and customer relations, effective May 29, 2017. Theresa will work with Peter Spurway, vice president corporate communications and airport experience, until Spurway departs at the end of 2017.
Rath Spicer, currently public relations and communications manager for Halifax Regional Police, has more than 20 years of experience in communications and public relations.
