Dewar’s Clubhouse has settled in to the Central Concourse at Honolulu International (HNL). The full-service restaurant, which caters to travelers who are golf aficionados and Scotch lovers, will feature live sports broadcasts and golf highlights.
Gordon Biersch Restaurant Brewery will also come to the airport, in the EWA Concourse in May. The brewery prides itself on using ingredients from Germany and brewing its beer in strict accordance with Germany purity laws governing the production of beer. It will offer traditional American cuisine via sit-down dining or a meal at the full-service bar.
