HMSHost Raises A Glass To Beaudevin At MIA

Beaudevin has made its entrance into the U.S. with its debut location at Miami International (MIA).

HMSHost Corp. brought the informal wine bar to the airport, offering fine wine and gourmet dishes, created to be paired. The menu features small plates, as well as entré©e selections. Wine flights are also available.

“We congratulate HMSHost for opening yet another fine dining concept at MIA, which adds even greater variety to our diverse collection of restaurants in North Terminal,” says Miguel Southwell, Miami-Dade Aviation Department’s deputy director of business development and retention. “We are proud to be home to the first Beaudevin location in the U.S. and only the second in the world. North Terminal passengers can now sample exotic wines from all over the world without even leaving the airport.”

The concept features a wine list, along with a wine-tasting area where travelers can travel global and regional brands that will change with the season. Food offerings include morning selections of berry yogurt parfait and pastries, as well as small plates of Caprese Skewers and Olives de’ Provence and entrees such as artisan cheese plates and open-faced sandwiches. It also serves Illy Gourmet Coffee in Italian espresso, cappuccino and classic brewed coffee. Travelers may dine in or take their food on their flights.

“Named for a favorite château cellar in Europe, Beaudevin means ‘beautiful wine’ and this new restaurant presents a beautifully designed, contemporary setting for travelers–and especially wine connoisseurs,” says Stephen Douglas, vice president of business development for HMSHost. “We’re especially pleased to debut Beaudevin at Miami International Airport.”

It can be found post-security in Concourse D.

The first Beaudevin opened at Brussels (BRU) in 2008.
