Laura FitzRandolph has joined HMSHost Corp. as executive vice president and chief human resources officer.

Prior to her appointment at Host, FitzRandolph was executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Interstate Hotels & Resorts, a hotel management company. During her time there, she focused on talent acquisition, development and learning, compensation and benefits, associate and labor relations and employment legal matters.
FitzRandolph has also been counsel for the labor and employment group Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. She also served as deputy director of correspondence in the White House Office of Scheduling and Advance.
