Indianapolis Airport Authority Crafts Land-Use Deal

The Indianapolis Airport Authority has agreed to sell 80 acres of land in Hendricks County for $8 million as part of an effort to put 1,200 acres back onto the market.

The deal was announced just days after Indianapolis International (IND) hosted more than 100 brokers, developers, economic development groups and community leaders for an informational session about the land that has been made available for lease and sale.
