Timber Pizza Co. was founded in 2014 by Andrew Dana and Chris Brady, and is famous for “Neopolitan-ish,” wood-fired pizzas. To ensure quality remains the same from Timber’s street-side location to its new place in DCA, Jackmont Hospitality’s culinary director, Todd Richards, will work alongside Timber Executive Chef Daniela Moreira on the airport location.
The menu at the airport location is expected to include wood-fired pastries, biscuits, ample salad and vegetarian options, as well as Timber’s favorite pizza offerings featuring unique, locally sourced ingredients.
