JFK NTO To Open Centralized Logistics Hub

The New Terminal One (NTO) at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and JCM Business Solutions are partnering to build a new centralized logistics hub. The 83,500-square-foot JCM Logistics Complex, set to open by the end of 2025, is designed to manage, screen and coordinate deliveries to the new terminal. The complex will feature cloud-hosted warehouse management systems; freezing and cooling capabilities; storage facilities; and advanced screening systems designed to check all deliveries in compliance with TSA and Port Authority protocols while reducing third-party truck deliveries in airside areas. JFK NTO, part of the airport’s $19-billion renovation initiative, is set to open in phases beginning in 2026.

“By partnering with JCM Business Solutions on this groundbreaking facility, we are delivering innovative logistics solutions that not only enhance operational excellence but also reinforce our commitment to local job creation and sustainability,” said Marisa Von Wieding, vice president of operations for JFK NTO. “This facility will help ensure that operations around the new terminal are as seamless and efficient as possible.”

“Together with the New Terminal One, the JCM team is ready to deliver new supply chain management services with the signature customer service and operational integrity that drive optimal value to our clients,” added  Judith E. Conlon, CEO of JCM Business Solutions. “Our team of logistics and JFK operations professionals is supported by state-of-the-art technology and an exceptional facility. WWe are proud and excited to provide this ground-breaking service and confident that this solution will benefit the JFK community for years to come.”
