LAX Hosts First Ever Fashion Show

As part of its efforts to showcase local artists of all varieties, Los Angeles International (LAX) held its first fashion show at the Tom Bradley International Terminal, spotlighting designs from international designer Sebastian Gunawan.

The event featured 25 extravagant designs handpicked by Gunawan, a graduate of Los Angeles’ Fashion Institute of Design and Marketing (FIDM), and twenty models from Los Angeles-based agencies walked the runway set up in the terminal.

“With today’s first-ever LAX Fashion Show, we are showcasing the dynamism of Los Angeles’ fashion scene right here on LAX’s own fashion runway and further bringing the spirit of Los Angeles to our guests,” says Deborah Flint, chief executive officer with Los Angeles World Airports, operators of LAX.
