MarketPlace Development, which operates concessions for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, has announced the Dulles Food and Shops Concessions Excellence Award winners for 2014.
Awards were presented to service, retail and food operators at Washington Dulles International (IAD) at the annual year-end merchant meeting held at Hyatt Dulles Airport. They were based on customer service mystery shopping scores and monthly operations inspections.
