MCO Issues RSQ For Interior Upgrades

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) Board approved two measures to issue a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ) for the refurbishment of the interiors at Airsides 1 & 3 and the interior refurbishment of Levels 1 & 2 at Terminals A & B at Orlando International Airport (MCO).

The value of each of the four projects is estimated at $20 million, and the GOAA will establish small and minority-owned business participation goals prior to the RFQ.

The scope of the RSQs will consist of the design and construction of landside and airside interior refurbishment, including, but not limited to new flooring, new wall finishes, and new ceilings and lighting improvements.
