OTG’s Melange Bakery Café at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) celebrated NYC Pride this past weekend by offering limited edition rainbow treats and made a donation on behalf of OTG charities to the local LGBTQ partners. Other items that were served as part of the weekend celebration included rainbow-colored macarons filled with vanilla ganache and a seven-layer rainbow cake made with an almond base, raspberry jam and chocolate ganache. All the items served were freshly baked, on-premise at Melange. Located in Terminal C, Melange Bakery Café is a 24-hour production bakery that provides freshly baked goods to travelers at concepts terminal-wide.
