In an effort to position itself as a low-cost, easy alternative to Midway (MDW) and Chicago O’Hare International (ORD), General Mitchell International (MKE) has introduced its new SuperSaver parking lot.
The rate for 24 hours, including sales tax, is $5, and includes free shuttle service directly to the airport terminal.
“With so many great low-fare airline options from Mitchell, we want to offer travelers a convenient and affordable experience from the moment they arrive at the airport,” says Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker.
The airport also continues to offer hourly covered parking for $2 per hour (with a $22 maximum per day), daily covered parking for $12 per day and adjacent surface parking with cell phone lot for $13 per day. The first 30 minutes of parking in the hourly and surface lots are free.
