OHM Concessions Group To Rebrand 3 Restaurants At IND

Outstanding Hospitality Management Concessions Group will assume the leases and rebrand three restaurant locations at Indianapolis International (IND) that had previously been operated by Areas USA, according to Indianapolis Airport Authority documents.

OHM will bring a Chick-fil-A to the Civic Plaza, replacing a Giorgio’s pizza and a Freshens frozen yogurt stand in Concourse A. On Concourse B, the company intends to open a Corona Beach House, though IND spokesman Carlo Bertolini says that location could be further redeveloped for a different concept. The A and B Concourse restaurants will replace Cold Stone Creamery stores.

As part of the deal, the authority extended the lease on these three locations by five years, through Dec. 31, 2025. OHM is a Minority Business Enterprise certified as an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise in 17 states with plans to apply in Indiana as well, according to the document.

The authority approved the moves at its February board meeting.
