OTG Management’s Cibo Partners With Just Goods

In an effort to target sustainability-minded travelers, OTG Management’s Cibo Express Gourmet Markets and Just Goods Inc. have teamed up.

“At OTG, we take the quality, source and impact of the products we offer seriously,” says Rick Blatstein, CEO of OTG. “With over 100 Cibo Express Gourmet Markets at 10 major airports, partnering with these unique and eco-conscious brands is a great opportunity to provide customers an alternative to traditional offerings that delivers on quality and limits our footprint on the environment.”

Just Water, which is ethically sourced, 100 percent spring water in a paper bottle, will be featured in Cibo’s 10 airport locations.

“To me, Cibo convenience concepts at airports feel like a healthy oasis for those on a busy travel schedule,” says Grace Jeon, CEO of Just Goods. “When traveling, I look to them for healthful and innovative new products and could not be more pleased for Just to be available on those same shelves in airports across the country. OTG is one of the first to bring Just to the public and by adding Just water to their lineup, we hope to bring environmental benefits to airport travel.”

The partnership focuses on providing sustainable and responsible choices for travelers. Cibo also has recently partnered with 1Above beverages, Culture yogurt and Ernest Supplies, other brands that emphasize sustainability.

1Above sells a low-calorie isotonic beverage that is made specifically to combat the challenges of flying by supporting circulation and increasing the body’s natural defenses.

Culture yogurt provides artisanal Greek-style yogurt made from local milk and specially selected live probiotic cultures.

Ernest Supplies features a variety of eco-friendly travel essentials, such as toothbrushes made of biodegradable bamboo and charcoal-blended nylon bristles.

Additionally, Cibo opened a first-of-its-kind Kosher Market at Newark Liberty International (EWR). It is in Terminal C, near Gate 139, and sells sandwiches, salads, wraps, dips and snacks.
