Breakfast concepts Eggy Weggy and SupremeBowl have found a home in Terminal C of Newark Liberty International (EWR) as part of OTG Management’s Global Bazaar concepts.
Both concepts will set up shop in the morning and then morph into their daytime counterparts – Custom Burger and Philly Cheesesteaks – after the breakfast rush. To facilitate this daily concept change, OTG worked with design company Rockwell Group.
OTG will open more Global Bazaar concepts at EWR in the coming months.
