OTG Unveils New Concepts For MSP’s Concourse G

OTG Management has begun the new year by debuting several new concepts in Minneapolis-St. Paul International’s Concourse G.

Among the concepts OTG unveiled are:

Taste of Custom Burger: Features burgers created by Chef Erick Harcey composed of a custom beef blend using regional farm-sourced meats in addition to alternative burger options such as veggie, turkey and fish.  Also included in the menu are house-made milkshakes and fried pickles.
Taste of Tagliare: Offers pizza by the slice or by the pie, made throughout the day with fresh ingredients.

– Taste of Shoyu: Japanese restaurant concept of Chef Koshiki Yonemura Smith. The modern Japanese menu combines fresh ingredients prepared with traditional technique.
– Taste of World Bean: Coffee concept that features an array of micro-roasted coffees by Minneapolis’ Dogwood Coffee Company as well as an assortment of seasonal, whole-leaf teas selected by TeaSource owner Bill Waddington.
– Taste of Mill City Tavern: A reflection of the wealth of Midwestern farms and artisan purveyors, and inspired by Chef Lenny Russo’s commitment to fresh, local ingredients.

– Cibo Express Gourmet Markets: Markets that feature a wide assortment of freshly-prepared products and bottled beverages in addition to an assortment of local and artisan foods.

“It is remarkable to see the overnight transformation of the concourse, and exciting to know that this is the start of something special,” said Rick Blatstein, CEO of OTG Management. “Everything about this program was developed with the traveler in mind.”

OTG first announced the new program back in May 2011, working with Jan. 1st (when it was scheduled to assume control of the entire concourse’s food, beverage and retail program) as the date for the unveiling.  The concepts are temporary but construction will continue over the next 12-18 months to make them permanent.
