The Paradies Shops has announced two promotions within its top ranks.
Jill Paradies becomes vice president of training and customer service, and Kevin Smith will be vice president of finance.
Paradies joined the company in 1993, serving in various roles including airport operations, buyer and human resources. In her new position, she will manage customer service, training and development, and develop the new First Class Service Reward and Recognition Program. She holds a B.A. degree from Emory University and a masters of social work from the University of Georgia.
Smith, who joined The Paradies Shops in 2008, has more than 25 years of financial experience, beginning his career at Home Depot. He was there for more than 20 years before joining Paradies. He will manage all finance and accounting activities at the company. He holds a B.B.A. degree with a concentration in accounting from Kennesaw State University.
