Paradies Brings Brooks Brothers, CNBC To EWR

Paradies Shops is bringing Brooks Brothers and CNBC to Newark Liberty International (EWR), which marks the company’s 65th airport location.

Brooks Brothers, in Terminal C, offers fine men’s and women’s apparel and accessories. Paradies won the Best Specialty Retail Brand Operator award at Airport Revenue News’ conference last month for the brand.

The first of three CNBC Newark stores will open in November. The CNBC business day programming will be aired in stores, which will offer a broad assortment of newsstand items such as books, magazines and snacks. There will also be an online station, allowing travelers to check stocks and real-time financial information. Two Paradies programs will also be featured at the newsstands: Read & Return and Press Express.

“The Paradies Shops is very excited to bring these exclusive brands to Newark Liberty International Airport travelers,” says Gregg Paradies, president and chief executive officer. “Initial Brooks Brothers sales are very encouraging, and we are confident that our CNBC stores will enjoy similar success.”

Dominic Lowe, vice president, Westfield Concession Management said, “Adding Brooks Brothers continues the award-winning tradition of world-class retailing offered by Continental Airlines to their passengers flying in and out of Terminal C at Newark Liberty International Airport.”
