Paradies Lagardère Adds Pei Wei At IAD

Pei Wei is the latest concept added by Paradies Lagardère in Terminal B of Washington Dulles International (IAD).

The concept offers made-to-order Asian fare. It’s menu includes wok-fresh entreés like the Honey Seared Chicken made of sweet honey garlic sauce, chile oil, rice sticks, scallions and red peppers; the Mongolian Steak with soy sauce, scallions, garlic and white mushrooms; and the Kung Pao Chicken with chili-seared soy sauce, scallions, garlic, snap peas, carrots and peanuts. Other options include Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Spring Rolls and Thai Wonton Soup.

Pei Wei has a selection of grab-and-go items, such as Grilled Chicken Banh Mi, Spicy Mango Wrap, Asian Chopped Salad and various hand-rolled sushi items. Plus, the IAD location will have breakfast offerings like Bacon & Egg Fried Rice, Chicken Sausage Breakfast Wrap and a Breakfast Croissant.

“Paradies Lagardère tailors brands to entice travelers in a variety of ways, including bringing the familiar quality, taste and atmosphere of a favorite national brand into an airport,” says Bill Casey, senior vice president of food and beverage at Paradies Lagardère. “Pei Wei is not only delicious, but the brand’s high-quality food standards mirror our own. We’re excited to introduce another great dining concept to IAD for passengers to enjoy.”
