Paradies Lagardère has been awarded a contract to operate Salvation Pizza at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). The AUS Salvation Pizza concept is based on the original Salvation Pizza, which has been serving New Haven-style pizza, salads and appetizers to Austin restaurant-goers for more than a decade.
Salvation Pizza is not the first Paradies Lagardère concept in AUS. Recently, Paradies Lagardère opened Ruta Maya Coffee, Thundercloud Subs and Austin Article. Paradies Lagardère will continue to expand its operations at AUS in 2018 with the addition of Berry Austin, Hut’s Hamburgers and Barton Springs.
“Salvation Pizza has been a local favorite in Austin for 10 years,” says Bill Casey, senior vice president of food and beverage for Paradies Lagardère. “We’re excited to bring this local favorite into the airport. Paradies Lagardère partners with popular brands to entice travelers and bring the familiar quality, taste and atmosphere of a favorite local restaurant into an airport.”
