Pasta House Co. Lands At STL

Lambert-St. Louis International (STL) has gotten one step closer to its mission of bringing local flavor to the airport.

The Pasta House Co. Restaurant and Bar, a St. Louis favorite for more than 30 years, opened Nov. 4 in the lower level across from the B Concourse checkpoint.

The custom concept features a bar, full-service dining and a quick-service counter. The menu offers appetizers, soups, sandwiches and pizza, and a variety of pasta choices, fish and chicken dishes.

The restaurant had another location, on the D Concourse, which had closed several years ago. The new location will be the only one at the airport.

“The Pasta House was an airport favorite on the D Concourse several years ago and we’re excited to bring them back to offer great food and atmosphere to our visitors and locals alike,” said Richard Hrabko, director of STL. “This is a home-grown concept that we think will do exceptionally well.”

Deli Enterprises LLC is the franchise owner and majority partner in the new STL restaurant. Kim Tucci, co-founder of the restaurant, says the company “fought for this for a long time. By doing this, we have something no one else has.”
