Delaware North Cos. has signed a multi-year contract with PepsiCo to provide fountain drinks and packaged food and beverage products for the company’s U.S. sports, travel and entertainment locations.
“As a global leader in hospitality and food service, Delaware North is always looking for partnerships that support our vision and values, and PepsiCo certainly does,” says Chuck Moran, president and COO of Delaware North. “PepsiCo is one of the world’s most admired companies. Its commitment to product development, a broad portfolio of high-quality products and environmental stewardship were important to us in the selection process.”
Pepsi will replace Coca-Cola, which had supplied beverages to Delaware North for the past 94 years. PepsiCo’s Foodservice division will provide Pepsi carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks, juice drinks and teas, Gatorade sports drinks, Tropicana juices, Frito-Lay snacks, Quaker Foods and other products.
“Delaware North is known for its world-class properties and premier venues that attract guests from across the globe,” says Chris Furman, president of PepsiCo Foodservice. “PepsiCo looks forward to contributing to Delaware North’s continued success with exciting promotional programs to help both companies thrive.”
