PHL Selects New Park Assist Partner

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) will install a Automated Parking Guidance System (APGS) from TKH Security’s Park Assist Solution in its new eight floor, 4,688-space parking garage. The partnership, part of the airport’s Park PHL initiative, will outfit PHL’s new garage with M5 smart-sensor technology, a camera-based sensor giving parking garage operators real-time surveillance and data; RGB LED indicator lights designed to guide travelers to available spaces quickly and reduce congestion; a park finder vehicle location app and real-time directional signage.

“Philadelphia International Airport is a major gateway to the world and an economic engine for the region. We’re honored to support their mission with a parking solution that’s as forward-thinking as the airport itself,” said TKH’s Northeast regional sales executive Coley Nash.

“Airports face unique demands when it comes to safety and efficiency, especially in high-traffic areas like parking facilities,” added Nash. “By selecting the Park Assist Solution, the best parking guidance system available, PHL is gaining powerful tools to meet those challenges head-on. The inclusion of Park Surveillance brings an extra layer of visibility and control through real-time video monitoring in and between spaces, and the ability to record that footage and store or share it for up to 90 days. Combined with the rest of the Park Assist Solution, it equips the airport with the insights and tools needed to manage parking proactively and ensure a safe, streamlined experience for travelers and staff alike. We’re proud to be part of this transformative project, supporting the airport’s mission to deliver a smarter, safer, and more connected travel experience.”
