Puente-Brancato Enterprises Brings 4 Concepts To DFW

Puente-Brancato Enterprises has brought some healthy choices to consumers at Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW).

“Consumers are trending toward healthier eating habits,” says Gina Puente-Brancato, president and chief executive officer of Puente-Brancato Enterprises, which owns other airport-based retail businesses. “We are constantly evaluating how we can offer our valued customers a quality experience as they make their way through the airport. We are very pleased with the feedback we are getting.”

Cereality(TM) Cereal Bar & Cafe, which brings breakfast to travelers regardless of time of day, allows customers to create their own cereal. It can be found in Terminal C, Gate C6.

Blimpie, also in Terminal C, Gate C6, offers traditional hot and cold subs, as well as paninis and salads.

At Gate B8 in Terminal B, UFood Grill features food that is baked, grilled or steamed, but never fried. Menu options include breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, grilled entrees and specialty salads.

Urban Taco has opened its first airport location at Terminal C, Gate C22, with a customizable menu of Mexican food.

“Consumers are looking for healthier and different options and we’re excited to provide these for them,” Puente-Brancato says.
