Kim Dickie has been hired as airport director for Roberts Field-Redmond Municipal (RDM).
She is currently assistant deputy director of aviation security at San Francisco International (SFO) and has served in a variety of management positions during her 20 years at the airport; she also has experience in many facets of aviation operations and is a colonel in the Air Force Reserves.
Dickie will step into her new role in January, replacing Carrie Novick.
