The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority has hosted a reception to feature local artist Mark Richmond.
Richmond will display his art in the Commuter Terminal through July as part of the Airport Art Cultural Exhibits Program. In addition, his first public art commission, “Winds of Change,” was installed in February in Terminal 1.
His works feature multiple elements and cultures combined with an Asian-style script he developed. They can also be found in two restaurants outside the airport.
