SSP Bringing Montreux Jazz Café© To Sydney

SSP’s Montreux Jazz Café© is slated to open in Sydney, Australia, in May, the first on the continent.

The concept debuted at Geneva (GVA) and re-creates the excitement and glamour of the famous Montreux Jazz Festival. Developed in partnership with Claude Nobs, the festival’s founder, it will offer a menu incorporating signature dishes inspired by Nobs’ favorite artists and their best-known work. The eatery will also feature unique and rare festival footage, as well as live performances.

“Sydney is a vibrant and innovative city that loves its music and culture and partners with those brands that share its identity and have similar values,” says Derek Larsen, general manager of retail at Sydney. “With a growing appetite for good food, Sydney Airport is a fitting showcase for Montreux Jazz. The addition of the first Montreux Jazz Café© outside of Switzerland completes the stable of iconic SSP outlets at the International Terminal and adds another dimension to the experience for passengers and customers.”
