SSP will bring full-service and casual dining restaurants, convenience stores and fast-food outlets to Abu Dhabi International’s (AUH) new Terminal 3 building as part of an exclusive three-year concessions contract the company has inked with the Abu Dhabi Airports Co.
Attempts to reach both entities were unsuccessful. But according to a statement released in July, the brands SSP will manage include Burger King, Gino’s Pizza, Upper Crust, Segafredo, Caffe Ritazza, Hippopotamus, Bill Bentley, Flavours, and its own new bakery brand, Panopolis.
