The Paradies Shops has made the list of the National Top Workplaces.
The list, published by WorkplaceDynamics of Exton, Pa., is culled from results across 30 Top Workplaces publishing partners throughout the country.
The list is based only on employee feedback from surveys of 805 companies with more than 1,000 employees across the 30 regional Top Workplaces programs; more than half a million employees were polled.

WorkplaceDynamics focuses on organizational health and conducts more than 4,000 surveys annually.
