Uno Chicago Grill® has entered the fast-casual market with Uno Dué© Go(TM) at Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW).
“Today’s challenging economy compels us to extend our brand’s reach into a variety of venues that meet the evolving needs of our guests,” says Jamie Strobino, senior vice president of Uno Restaurant Holdings Corp. “Uno Dué© Go gives our fans another opportunity to enjoy a delicious, healthy menu while on the go.”
Menu offerings at DFW’s two locations include Uno’s signature pizzas, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner options such as sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups and appetizers. There is also a gourmet coffee station featuring Tarrazu® Estate Blend shade-grown coffee and Harney & Sons® organic teas
One eatery, at 700 sq. ft., is located on Terminal C; the other, 1,800 sq. ft., can be found in Terminal E and includes a bar and seating area.
