Vigilant Solutions, which operates the Preferred Traveler Program at Jacksonville International (JAX) is no longer at the airport.
All levels of service at the airport offered by the company ceased operations July 20, including the security clearance express lane and preferred parking services.
Vigilant Solutions is not part of the Jacksonville Aviation Authority, but an independent concessionaire, says the JAA’s director of external affairs, Michael Stewart.
