The Ottawa International Airport Authority this month issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for four car rental concessions in the enclosed parking garage at Ottawa International Airport (YOW).
“The Ottawa International Airport Authority has issued a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for four passenger vehicle rental concessions at Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport, and shall award each of the four highest-scoring proponents the right to conduct on-airport rental car operations from one of four counter locations in the airport’s enclosed parking structure subject to the terms and conditions of the RFP,” the authority says in a statement.
Ottawa is the capital of Canada and YOW handled 5.1 million passengers last year, which the authority says should provide opportunities for healthy figures in gross revenue for vehicle rental concessions.
